PROGRAM TWO

No One Dies Alone

No one should face the end of life alone. Our No One Dies Alone Program ensures that patients have a compassionate presence during their final moments — when loved ones are unavailable or need additional support.
"Every life deserves dignity, warmth, and a compassionate presence until the very end."

Through this program, trained volunteers and care team members provide consistent, caring presence — reflecting our deepest commitment that every person is seen, supported, and cared for at the end of life.

PROGRAM THREE

Memory Bear Program

Our Memory Bear Program transforms a loved one’s clothing into a meaningful keepsake that can be held close for years to come. Using cherished garments, we create custom bears that serve as a tangible reminder of the person you love.
"Love and memories never fade."
These keepsakes offer comfort during grief and become treasured reminders of connection, love, and memory for families for years to come.

PROGRAM FOUR

Circle of Comfort

Open to all in the community — not just Solano Care patients

Solano Care is honored to carry on the legacy of North Bay Hospice’s bereavement program. Healing doesn’t end with loss — and no one should have to navigate grief alone. Whether your grief is recent or from your past, this group offers a safe space to share, connect, and heal.

"Healing happens in community."
PROGRAM FIVE

SpiritHorse Equine-Assisted Services

We are proud to partner with SpiritHorse Equine-Assisted Services, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2012 by Charlotte Dougherty and fully operated by dedicated volunteers.
