Founded by a 24-year U.S. Air Force veteran, we are Solano Care Hospice and we aim to provide personalized care and support through our individualized plan of care. Getting hospice care at home should be simple and easy; our job is to help patients manage their symptoms and get the best end-of-life care possible.

Our agency was born on the foundation of maintaining patients’ dignity and empowering them in the hardest times. We provide patients with a seamless experience towards the end of their journey. We don’t know what life after death looks like, but we know that we can help make life before death meaningful.
