Founded by a 24-year U.S. Air Force veteran, we are Solano Care Hospice and we aim to provide personalized care and support through our individualized plan of care. We help manage patient’s symptoms and give the best end of life care.

Our agency was born on the foundation to maintain a patient’s dignity and empower them in the hardest time. We provide patients a seamless experience towards the end of their journey. We don’t know what life after death looks like but we know that we can help make life before death meaningful.

Vision. We aim to become the hospice care provider that offers high-quality, holistic, and compassionate care to patients facing end of life in Northern California. We envision a future where the Solano Care brand of expertise, care, and compassion inspires the local community to look at end of life differently and celebrate life fully.
