Who We Are

Solano Care is a service disabled veteran owned hospice agency founded by a 24-year USAF veteran. We make it our goal to uplift the lives of those we serve and those who serve with us. Our hospice agency prides itself in providing patient-centered hospice care services in Northern California and its surrounding areas. At Solano Care, every decision is based on your comfort and preference. You can receive our hospice care at home, an assisted living facility, or at a skilled nursing facility.

Who Is Eligible for Hospice?

A patient is eligible for hospice services with an order from their primary physician when they are diagnosed with a terminal illness, given with a life expectancy of six months or less. When they are given hospice care at our Hospice Agency in Vallejo, California, the patient will receive comfort as these services will focus on pain and symptom management rather than curative treatment.
